## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 从事通信技术及电信业务等专业技术类的授课工作;
- 负责培训需求及信息分析，设计、开发技术业务类培训课程及教学活动，分析及执行培训计划;
- 根据培训流程、运用培训工具组织培训教学，评估培训效益。
- 完成其他交办的任务。

- 综合能力强、服务意识强
- 形象好、气质佳、善沟通
- 身体健康、积极上进、乐观开朗
- 拥有学生干部经验和相应培训服务经验优先
