## Job description

### 模型研发与训练
- 负责机器学习、深度学习模型的设计、搭建、训练与调优，涵盖计算机视觉、自然语言处理、数据分析预测等相关AI核心方向，根据业务需求搭建高效、稳定的算法模型；

### 业务场景落地
- 深度对接公司业务需求，拆解业务智能化痛点，将AI算法模型与产品、业务场景深度融合，完成算法落地、功能开发与场景适配，输出可落地的智能化解决方案；

### 模型优化与迭代
- 持续跟进模型上线后的运行效果，针对准确率、响应速度、稳定性等核心指标进行优化迭代，解决模型落地过程中的各类技术问题，提升模型实战性能；

### 数据处理与迭代
- 负责业务数据的清洗、标注、预处理与分析，搭建标准化数据处理流程，为模型训练、迭代提供高质量数据支撑，持续优化数据体系；

### 技术协作与文档输出
- 配合产品、开发、测试团队完成AI功能的需求评审、开发对接、测试上线工作，规范编写算法设计文档、技术方案、迭代日志等技术资料；

### 其他工作
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。

### Requirements
- 拥有扎实的AI理论基础，熟练掌握机器学习、深度学习核心算法，精通回归、分类、聚类、神经网络、CNN、RNN、Transformer等常用算法原理及应用；
- 熟练使用Python编程语言，精通PyTorch、TensorFlow、Pandas、NumPy等主流AI开发框架与工具，具备独立搭建、训练、优化算法模型的能力；
- 熟悉常用数据结构与算法，掌握数据清洗、特征工程、模型评估、参数调优的完整流程，具备独立解决模型过拟合、精度不足、推理耗时高等问题的能力；
- 了解AI模型部署流程，有模型线上部署、运维优化经验者优先；
- 具备良好的业务理解能力，能够快速拆解业务需求，结合算法技术设计适配的智能化解决方案。
