## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 制定无线维护作业计划，无线故障处理，无线网络问题一点响应及解决闭环追踪；
- 无线基站维护，无线资源管理，无线网元及核心网元割接及升级，执行日常无线网络优化作业计划；
- 无线网络规划，应急预案制定及实施；
- 无线网络运行质量状况分析、无线网络系统优化等。

### Requirements

1.熟悉理解网络TCP/IP原理； 2.对无线网络有比较清晰的认识和理解，了解网络规划、优化、维护、建设等基础知识； 4.

### 了解以下专业基本原理并精通其中2-3项

CDMA、VoLTE、LTE、NB-IOT、5G； 5.熟悉无线基站的组成、各部件运行原理及作用；
