## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责AI应用产品的后端开发与系统集成，完成智能体、知识库、对话引擎等模块的设计与编码；
- 对接扶摇AI平台及算力调度服务，实现模型推理API封装、服务编排与弹性伸缩；
- 参与息壤和智云等平台的对接和二开，支撑智算平台建设；
- 编写技术方案、接口规范与单元测试，参与代码评审，确保交付质量；
- 配合算法工程师完成模型部署与性能调优，推动AI能力从Demo到商用级服务的转化。

### Requirements
- 了解Linux系统管理、容器技术（Docker/K8s）及云平台运维基本操作；
- 熟悉至少一种监控工具（Prometheus/Grafana/Zabbix等），有运维或运营实习经验者优先；
- 对AI行业发展趋势有基本认知，了解大模型服务化运营模式者优先；
- 细致严谨、执行力强，具备良好的文档撰写与跨部门沟通能力。
