## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责数据中心全套暖通制冷系统（精密空调、水冷机组、冷却塔、管网、新风、给排水等）日常巡检、运行监控、故障排查与抢修，保障机房环境稳定达标，确保基础设施7×24小时安全平稳运行；
- 严格执行运维SOP及安全管理制度，完成设备参数记录、工况核对、隐患排查及台账整理，落实设备定期维保、换季检修工作，有效降低设备故障率；
- 负责暖通系统能耗优化与管控，合理调整设备运行策略，落实节能降耗工作，优化机房PUE指标，提升能源利用效率，严控运维成本；
- 配合数据中心扩容、改造、整改等各类工程项目，参与暖通系统施工监督、设备调试、验收交接等工作，把控施工质量与设备运行标准；
- 负责暖通耗材、备品备件管理，配合完成安全检查、应急演练、问题整改等专项工作，持续优化暖通运维体系。

### Requirements
- 熟悉数据中心暖通、制冷、给排水设备运行原理，能看懂设备图纸，理论扎实，具备基础暖通空调系统问题分析与排查思维，学习能力强，愿意深耕数据中心运维领域；
- 能够熟练使用办公软件及CAD等制图软件；
- 工作严谨负责、责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力与安全保密意识，能适应数据中心轮班倒班运维工作，身体健康可胜任现场作业。
