## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责编制/审核工程量清 单、招标控制价等造价咨询成果文件，根据项目进度，对合同付款申请进行审查；
- 负责完成项目各阶段的估、概、预算和分析，参加项目动态管理及结算工作；
- 负责业务对接、信息交换、技术交流等对外联络工作；
- 负责造价信息（政策、市场）的收集、分析、积累和指标数据的整理、汇编；

### 完成上级领导交办的其他临时性工作任务； Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，工程造价、工程管理、机电工程等相关专业；
- 工作态度积极主动，做事细心严谨、认真负责，具备良好的职业道德素养与高效的沟通协调能力；
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，包括Word、Excel、PowerPoint等，具备较强的PPT制作能力和Excel数据分析能力；
- 对工程造价领域的清 单及定额计价相关规范、计算规则有基本认知，并能熟练应用信息化造价软件工具；
- 拥有较强的问题解决能力与判断力，抗压能力突出，能够接受驻场工作安排。
