## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助负责写字楼、园区等楼宇水电、暖通、消防等设施设备的日常巡检与维护；
- 学习设施设备故障排查、维修对接流程，协助跟进维修进度，保障设施正常运转；
- 协助建立设施设备台账，记录运行、维护、保养情况，做好数据整理与上报；
- 配合工程团队落实设施设备保养计划，学习设施管理规范与安全操作要求。

### Requirements

1.2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生，英语国家四级425分及以上。 2.计算机、电子信息、自动化、智能化、安全管理、消防、建筑、土木、机电、暖通、给排水等理工类专业优先，以及各类数字化相关专业。
