## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责公司财务管理、预算、资金资产运营、会计核算与账务处理等工作。

### Requirements
- 具有强烈的工作责任心和敬业精神，执行力强，能承担压力；
- 具有敏锐的洞察力、缜密的逻辑思维、富有创造性的想象力及严谨的分析判断能力；
- 具有较强的口头表达能力、文字组织能力、沟通能力和演讲能力；
- 具有较强的团队协作能力、思维活跃、领悟力强、乐于接受新鲜事物；
- 熟悉财会的基本理论和基本知识，掌握财务预算、财务决策、熟练操作财务管理软件等职业技能，具有较强的信息获得以及分析解决财务管理工作中实际问题的能力。
