## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 承担大数据及AI等相关的基础能力及功能模块开发和运维工作；
- 承担大数据及AI应用项目的需求对接和方案支撑，包括但不限于数据治理、中台架构设计、数据可视化分析等；
- 承担大数据挖掘建模相关工作，参与大数据相关的各类专题分析和应用项目，优化运营流程，设计相关产品；
- 参与大数据或IT基础架构及平台的日常维护、搭建、配置等；
- 客户经营数据分析、数据挖掘及基于大数据的精准营销全过程管理和实施。

### Requirements

1. 2026、2027年毕业未落实工作的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的毕业生； 2. 掌握Hadoop技术基本原理与使用技能，了解SAS、 SPSS、R、Python、 spark等数据挖掘和统计分析工具或语言； 3. 熟悉操作系统、网络、数据库以及互联网常见应用协议的原理； 4. 具有积极主动的工作态度，乐观向上的价值观，强烈的团队合作意识;具有较强的学习能力和良好的沟通能力； 5. 英语国家四级425分及以上或托福不低于75分或雅思不低于5.5分；
- 身体健康。
