## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责围绕人力资源管理、财务管理、行政管理等模块开展工作，协同落实综合管控与组织协调等事项，并完成领导交办的其他相关任务。

### Requirements
- 遵守国家法律法规，具有良好的思想政治素质和职业道德素养，认同企业价值观，具有较强的大局意识、服务意识、责任意识和保密意识。

### 学历要求
- 普通高等教育本科及以上学历，并获得相应学位。

### 专业要求
- 经济、金融、管理类相关专业。

### 应聘资格
- （1）2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生；2026届国内外普通高等院校毕业未就业的本科生、硕士生。 （2）具备较强的文字撰写与综合材料起草能力，能够独立完成各类公文及专项材料的起草工作。 （3）具备较强的沟通协调和组织统筹能力，能够有效协调内外部关系。 （4）职业素养良好，责任心强、严谨细致、吃苦耐劳，具备优秀的团队协作能力。
