## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助起草、审核和修改各类合同和法律文件，确保合同的合法性和合规性。

### 法律咨询
- 提供日常法律咨询服务，帮助各部门解决法律问题。
- 识别和评估公司运营中的潜在法律风险，提出风险防控建议。

### 诉讼与仲裁支持
- 协助处理公司的诉讼、仲裁案件，包括证据收集、文件准备等。

### 合规性检查
- 参与公司合规性检查，确保公司业务遵守相关法律法规。

### Requirements
- 法律相关专业，持有法律职业资格证优先；
- 熟悉国家法律法规，对电信行业监管规定、央企管理体系有基本了解，有企业法务、合规管理、案件代理经验者优先；
- 具备优秀的文字功底和表达能力，经常发表文字作品或曾在创作大赛、征文活动、演讲比赛等文字表达赛事中获奖者优先；
- 熟练掌握常用办公软件，包括但不限于word、excel、PPT、常见AI大模型等；
- 具备较强的学习能力和自我驱动能力，能够快速学习和适应新技术，并能持续保持学习状态，适应行业发展变化需求；
