## Job description

### Responsibilities

主要从事供应商寻源分析咨询；招标采购策略选择，拟定招标方案，编制招标文件；招标采购过程中风险分析管控，保证招标程序的合规合法；发布招标公告，发售招标文件，并进行资质审核等；组织开、评标等活动；组织专家评审；编写评标报告等；开展相关法律法规研讨培训等招标采购业务，提供全方位的综合解决方案。

### Requirements

1.普通高等院校研究生及以上学历，工程管理、供应链管理（采购与物流管理）、经济管理、法律等相关专业； 2.

### 专业基础知识要求

具备扎实专业基础知识，具有招标采购和商务管理的专业知识，熟悉国家招投标相关的法律法规，熟悉工程项目管理，了解国家工程建设管理制度，有良好的沟通协调及应变能力，较好的工作生活习惯，能够适应长期出差，有通信相关企业、招标代理机构或者工程咨询机构实习工作经历者优先。
