## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 围绕自研量子软件框架或云平台构建开发者生态；
- 负责编写高质量的技术文档、开发示例（Demo）与视频教程，降低量子编程的门槛；
- 通过运营 GitHub、Discord 或线下 Hackathon，吸引并维护开发者社区，收集用户反馈以驱动软件 SDK 的迭代优化。

### Requirements
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，并取得相应学位，市场营销，设计，编导、计算机科学、信息技术、物理学等相关专业；
- 会使用ai、ps、可画等相关软件设计海报、易拉宝、展板等宣传物料；
- 具备⼀定的设计，规划，策略能⼒，熟悉视频，播客等新媒体打法，具备品牌，营销，社交媒体和⼴告等⽅⾯的知识经验，有科技⾏业，芯⽚⾏业，硬件⾏业市场运营实习经验者优先；
- 具有科普热情，具备优秀的写作和编辑能⼒，能够准确、清晰地向市场受众表达技术内容；
- 诚实守信、作风踏实严谨、责任心强，具备良好团队协作能力精神，学习能力强，善于解决复杂问题。
