## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责通信信息化项目全周期管理，制定执行计划，管控工期、预算、质量与安全，落实安全生产作业管理，保障项目按期交付。
- 审核施工分包单位资质，开展质量、安全考核，监督班组施工，统筹施工团队、供应商等内外资源。
- 统筹施工管理，把控施工进度，处置现场技术、施工问题，组织安全质量会议，协调现场洽商谈判。
- 参与项目方案设计、技术规范制定，负责通信设备安装调试、参数配置，使用仪器排查处理设备故障。
- 负责设备、材料进场检验，办理项目开工、交工验收手续，整理竣工及各类技术资料。
- 管控项目成本，对接业主、总包、监理及客户，沟通解决项目问题，跟进项目变更、验收、回款，维护客户关系及后期运维。

### Requirements

1、2027届普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位应届毕业生，专业基础扎实。 2、具备良好的沟通表达与逻辑思维能力，善于交流对接，可高效完成工作沟通协作。 3、品行端正、正直诚信，遵纪守法，无违法违纪及征信不良记录，政治素养良好。 4、心态积极乐观，能够承受岗位工作压力，工作热情饱满，具备优秀的团队协作意识。 5、工作认真负责、踏实肯干，责任心强、执行力佳，对待工作严谨细致、积极主动。 6、身心健康，可适应岗位常态化工作节奏，服从团队合理工作安排。
