## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与公司法律风险防范体系的构建，负责制定、审查、修正公司的各种管理制度。
- 参与合同谈判，起草规范公司合同范本，审核合同、标书及其他法律文书。
- 协助处理公司日常运营中的法律问题，确保企业行为符合法律法规要求，维护公司合法权益。
- 与合作律师事务所签订合作协议（合同），建立健全法律顾问制度，统筹协调律师事务所为各部门提供法律支持。
- 协助团队律师办理案件，承担案件办理的辅助工作，参与潜在诉讼客户的法律事务处理。

### Requirements
- 具有良好的政治素养和思想道德水平，遵规守法、踏实肯干，敢于挑战困难；
- 有较强的逻辑思维能力、学习能力、创新能力；
- 有良好的沟通、表达、组织协调能力，具有团队合作精神；
- 需具备扎实的法律专业知识，能够处理合同管理、法律尽职调查等事务。
