## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责向客户进行产品技术宣讲、系统操作演示及使用培训（含远程与现场）；
- 提供全栈技术支持，及时响应并解决客户在硬件使用、软件操作及系统集成中遇到的技术问题；
- 根据客户需求，进行初级编程开发与修改（以Python为主），实现自动化控制、数据分析或简单工具开发；
- 编写与维护技术文档、常见问题解答，并汇总分析客户反馈，协助优化产品；
- 领导布置的其它工作。

### Requirements
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，并取得相应学位，物理学、电子信息、计算机等相关专业；
- 具备电子电路基础，了解常用测量仪器，对量子计算有强烈兴趣；具备一定的编程能力，熟练掌握Python，具备实际脚本开发经验；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、逻辑思维和客户服务意识，能独立分析并解决复杂技术问题；
- 具备良好的英语沟通与读写能力；
- 诚实守信、作风踏实严谨、责任心强，具备良好团队协作能力精神，学习能力强，善于解决复杂问题。
