## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助大模型基座选型与环境部署；
- 参与行业语料清洗与模型微调；
- 搭建RAG检索增强系统；
- 承担 AI 方向技术预研、投标方案编制、内部AI应用开发工作。

### Requirements
- 通信工程、计算机科学与技术、电子信息、信息管理与信息系统等相关专业；
- 熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel、Word、PPT），具备一定的数据处理能力；
- 具备较强的文字功底和文档撰写能力，能独立完成技术文档和汇报材料编写；
- 学习能力强，工作认真细致，有责任心，能承受一定工作压力；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识；
- 有专利申请、资质申报、项目管理或AI应用相关实习经验者优先。
