## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 深入理解公司平台和业务逻辑，负责系统完整的生命周期管理，包括服务上下线，日常发布变更，告警及故障处理，运营系统搭建和支持方面；
- 负责应用系统运行软件的安装、配置、优化与维护；
- 负责基础软硬件系统维护、符合或配合调试优化、日常监控、故障处理、数据备份、日志分析等工作；
- 各类故障及事务的应急响应、处理，协调，保证平台正常运行。

### Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，并取得相应学位，软件工程、计算机等相关专业；
- 熟悉虚拟化环境下的Linux和Windows系统的安装、配置与维护。具备系统性能调优和故障排查能力；
- 掌握基本数据库管理，Mongo，mysql，redis，能够独立完成数据库部署与维护。熟悉nginx，rabbitmq等开源中间件的部署与常用优化方法；
- 熟练使用shell，熟悉python、groovy语言，能够独立完成脚本自动化运维开发；
- 熟悉Jenkins、Ansible、Git等DevOps工具，具备CI/CD流水线的设计与实施经验。熟悉zabbix、grafana等开源监控工具，并对Hadoop、ELK等大数据和日志分析工具有一定了解和使用经验；
- 具备Docker容器化技术的使用经验，熟悉Kubernetes（K8s）集群的部署与管理；
- 熟悉TCP/IP、DNS、负载均衡等网络基础知识，能够解决常见的网络问题；
- 英语口语流利者优先；
- 诚实守信、作风踏实严谨、责任心强，具备良好团队协作能力精神，学习能力强，善于解决复杂问题。
