## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责完成薪酬各类报表填报，及时完成薪酬发放及相关费用缴纳工作；
- 负责各部门绩效考核资料的收集、记录及归档，形成考核周期考核情况统计表；
- 参与员工职业发展规划，提供培训需求分析和培训计划支持；协助组织完成各类培训；
- 维护和更新人力资源管理系统中的员工信息，确保数据的准确性；

### 协助承担人力资源领域专项工作； Requirements
- 1.本科及以上学历; 2.人力资源管理/工商管理、行政管理等相关专业优先考虑。
