## Job description

### 合同审查与法律风险防范
- 负责公司各类合同、协议及法律文件的起草、审核与修改，识别和防范法律风险，保障公司合法权益。

### 法律咨询与合规管理
- 为公司各部门提供日常法律咨询，跟进法律法规变化，确保公司经营活动的合规性。

### 纠纷处理与诉讼管理

处理公司涉及的劳动争议、商务纠纷等法律纠纷，代表公司参与诉讼、仲裁及非诉讼法律事务，维护公司利益。
- 完成领导交办的其它工作任务。

### Requirements

2026年-2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生
