## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责规章制度、合同、重大决策事项法律合规审核。
- 协助监督合同履行，对合同履行过程出现的问题或风险提出意见。
- 参与公司风险管理，协助组织法律风险梳理、评估、制定应对措施及措施落地。
- 协助组织法律风险管理手册的制定、修订及宣贯。

### Requirements
- 掌握财务管理 / 法律 / 人力资源管理等对应方向的专业知识，熟悉央企合规管理、公文规范及企业治理要求。
- 熟练使用 Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等办公软件，具备较强的文字写作与公文处理能力，能独立完成报告、纪要、制度等材料的起草。
- 具备良好的沟通协调与服务意识，工作严谨细致、责任心强，有较强的保密意识和组织纪律性，心理素质稳定、积极乐观，能适应快节奏工作。
- 遵纪守法、品行端正，认同电信企业文化，党员优先。
