## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与公司数据治理体系建设，协助制定数据管理制度、数据标准与操作规范，维护元数据管理与数据血缘关系，实现数据全链路可追溯；
- 参与数据质量评估规则制定，协助开展数据质量巡检及问题的追踪、整改与闭环；配合数据资产盘点、数据目录建设及数据安全相关工作；
- 负责多源数据的采集、清洗、整合与建模，搭建并维护业务数据分析指标体系，统一核心指标定义、口径与计算逻辑；
- 运用统计分析与数据挖掘方法开展业务数据深度分析，发现业务增长点、风险点与优化空间，输出可执行的分析报告；
- 设计并开发日常数据报表与可视化看板（管理驾驶舱、业务看板），为管理层及各业务线提供数据决策支持；
- 参与业务预测模型与风险预警模型构建。

### Requirements

1.2026届、2027届硕士研究生及以上学历的应届毕业生； 2.所学专业与岗位要求相符，具备扎实的专业理论基础； 3.具备较强的学习能力、逻辑思维能力和文字表达能力，熟练使用办公软件及相关专业工具； 4.具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神，责任心强； 5.身体健康，品行端正，无违法违纪等不良记录。
