## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责职能管理部门的计划制定，组织和实施本岗位的各类专项工作和日常事务，履行管控职能；
- 深入了解公司业务，从本专业出发，不断优化组织管理，提升企业形象和员工感知；
- 不断优化公司日常管理制度流程，并推动落实；
- 应聘管培生岗位需服从公司岗位及部门安排。

### Requirements
- 硕士研究生及以上学历应届毕业生，统计学类、数学类、计算机类、自动化类、电子信息类、管理科学与工程类相关专业优先；
- 具备优秀的专业知识储备，有良好的沟通、组织和协调能力，具备优秀的执行能力；
- 具备对项目管理流程的基本了解，能够有效组织项目的规划、计划、实施、监控、收尾；
- 能够快速学习、不断创新、追求卓越；做事严谨踏实，责任心强，条理清楚，善于学习总结，有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力；
- 应聘管培生岗位需服从公司岗位及部门安排；
- 身心健康。
