## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责人工智能相关产品的研发，推动产品从概念到落地的全流程，机器学习/深度学习算法的设计、实现与优化；
- 跟踪学术界前沿技术，评估其在业务场景中的可行性并进行技术预研，主导或参与前沿技术在公司内外部的应用；
- 负责人工智能技术的内部赋能，效能提升。

### Requirements
- 相关专业博士毕业生；
- 精通至少2门主流开发语言、至少1种主流深度学习框架，具备良好的代码规范与数据结构基础；
- 具备扎实的数学基础（线性代数、概率论、优化理论），深入理解主流网络结构原理；
- 具备将研究成果成功商业化应用经验者优先；
- 具有较强的承压能力，敢于接受挑战。
