## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 在招标负责人的领导下，全面负责项目的招投标工作；
- 负责与行业主管部门、招标人、投标人进行沟通协调工作；
- 根据计划安排招标时间，编写招标文件、发布招标公告、开评标准备、组织开评标、编写评标结果报告、发布中标公示、发布中标通知书等；
- 整理已完成招标工作的系统资料，对成果文件整理归档；
- 根据实际需要反馈意见和建议，切实解决工作中实际存在的问题；
- 完成领导临时交办的各项任务。

### Requirements
- 具备团队意识、亲和力和良好的沟通协调能力、良好的语言文字表达和社交能力；
- 熟练使用office(word、excel、ppt)等办公软件和网络应用；
- 有较强的学习动力和能力、执行力、效率及抗压能力
