## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与公司内部数字化转型软件开发工作
- 作为FDE工程师对接外部AI项目的需求调研、开发与部署运营
- 参与公司承接的数据治理相关项目的开发工作
- 负责智能化、信息化项目的售前支持相关工作，包括方案沟通、需求了解、技术交流、方案撰写等
- 负责信息化项目规划与咨询，包括信息化顶层规划、总体架构设计、方案设计以及专题策划层工作
- 负责项目投标支撑工作，包括投标前支撑、技术标编制、标书应答、讲解与答辩
- 根据业务需求，具备搜集相关资料，分析行业动态，解读行业政策、推广行业解决方案
- 协助市场和项目实施团队，配合项目落地交付

### 完成领导和市场经理交办其他事项 Requirements
- 熟练使用AI框架，掌握任意一门面向对象语言和关系型数据库
- 具备良好的沟通能力和逻辑思维能力，擅长和客户进行有效的沟通和交流，准确把握客户需求和业务需求
- 熟练掌握计算机常用办公软件操作，了解并熟悉信息化领域的相关技术和应用，如大数据、云计算、人工智能等
- 具备较强的学习能力，能够适应并善于处理复杂、变化的工作需求，不断更新自己的知识和技能
- 具备较强的文字表达能力和资料搜集、分析、归纳能力，具备一定的方案文档撰写能力
- 具备良好的沟通能力和逻辑思维能力，擅长和客户进行有效的沟通和交流，准确把握客户需求和业务需求
- 具备团队合作精神，具有高度的责任心和敬业精神，具备较强的适应能力和抗压能力
