## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责公司各类合同起草、审核、修订、台账归档及履约跟踪；
- 处理公司各类经济纠纷，协商调解、发函，配合诉讼仲裁案件处理；
- 为各业务部门提供日常法律咨询，开展法律风险排查与合规管控；
- 维护合同、知识产权、诉讼、工商等法律档案，更新标准化合同模板；
- 审核规章制度、招投标文件、宣传材料，把控用工、经营、数据合规风险；
- 对接外部律师、司法机关，组织内部普法培训，完成上级交办法律专项工作。

### Requirements
- 有良好的行为品德，为人诚恳，工作踏实。
- 能熟练操作办公软件；
- 具有较强的文字表达能力，思路清晰，逻辑思维能力强；
- 具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
- 具有法律职业资格证
