## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 机器学习、深度学习及大模型（Prompt/RAG/微调）的开发、训练与调优，提升模型核心指标；
- 数据清洗、标注审核及数据管道建设；基于Flink进行实时流处理开发与调优；
- 完成模型部署、API服务化及MLOps流程建设；负责核心代码开发与系统二次开发；
- 对接数字化转型等业务需求，输出AI技术方案；负责客户沟通、项目推进及交付验收。

### Requirements
- 熟悉Python及PyTorch/TensorFlow框架，掌握数据结构与ML/DL理论；熟悉CV/NLP/知识图谱/推荐系统，掌握BERT/GPT/CNN/LSTM等模型及大模型技术（Prompt/RAG/微调/Agent）；
- 理解Flink/Spark/Hadoop/Kafka/ClickHouse/Redis/ES等大数据组件；了解Java及主流数据库（MySQL/Oracle），熟悉Docker/K8s容器化部署及模型服务化（API/微服务）；
- 掌握Java/Vue/React等一种或多种前后端开发语言及工具链，具备软件开发全流程能力及系统调优、故障处理经验；
- 熟悉数据挖掘及数字化转型推进，热衷新技术钻研；逻辑思维清晰，善于沟通协作与技术文档输出。
