## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责大语言模型及生成式 AI 相关应用的设计、开发与持续迭代，结合实际业务场景推动 AI 能力落地。
- 参与智能问答、知识库、智能助手、AI Agent 等应用系统建设，完成核心功能开发、流程设计及系统集成。
- 负责大模型应用中的提示词优化、知识检索、上下文管理、工具调用等关键能力建设，持续提升模型回答的准确性、稳定性与可用性。
- 参与 AI 应用后端服务及接口开发，完成模型服务、业务系统、数据库及第三方平台之间的数据与能力对接。
- 负责 AI 应用的测试、效果评估、性能优化及问题排查，持续优化系统响应效率、用户体验和工程稳定性。
- 跟踪大语言模型、AI Agent、RAG 等人工智能技术发展，结合业务需求进行技术调研、方案验证和新能力探索。

### Requirements

1.2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校研究生及以上学历、硕士及以上学位的应届毕业生及2026年毕业但未就业的国内普通高等院校研究生及以上学历、硕士及以上学位的应届毕业生。 2.遵纪守法，品行端正，无不良行为记录。 3.身体健康，具有正常履行职责的身体条件； 3.计算机科学与技术、软件工程、人工智能、计算机工程、电子信息等相关专业，硕士研究生及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机基础、良好的编程能力及软件工程素养。 4.熟练掌握 Python，具备良好的面向对象编程、数据结构与算法基础；具备 Java、JavaScript、SQL 等一种或多种语言的开发经验，能够独立完成业务功能的设计与实现。 5.具备较完整的软件系统开发经验，熟悉前后端基本开发流程；掌握 FastAPI、Spring Boot 等主流后端开发框架，熟悉 RESTful API、MySQL/Oracle、Redis 等常用技术，具备系统接口开发、数据处理及服务集成能力。 6.熟悉大语言模型及生成式 AI 应用开发技术，了解 Prompt Engineering、RAG、向量检索、Agent Workflow、Tool Use 等核心技术，具备智能问答、知识库、AI Agent 等相关项目或实践经验。

- 具备 MCP 工具接入、多 Agent 协作、智能体记忆机制、异步任务处理或 Docker 容器化部署等相关实践经验者优先；具备 LangChain、LangGraph、FAISS、Ragas 等大模型应用开发框架或工具使用经验者优先。
- 具备良好的系统设计、问题分析和工程实践能力，能够结合业务需求完成 AI 应用从方案验证、功能开发、接口集成到测试优化的完整开发流程。
- 具备较强的学习能力、沟通协作能力和技术探索意识，能够持续关注大模型及 AI Agent 相关技术发展，并将新技术应用于实际业务场景。
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够熟练阅读英文技术文档、API 文档、开源项目资料及相关技术文献；大学英语六级（CET-6）高分、托福（TOEFL）90分及以上或具备同等英语能力者优先。
