## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责企业自主开发类项目的需求分析、软件设计、代码编写、测试、发布、操作手册编写、使用培训等工作；
- 负责开源软件或框架的研究及二次开发，并适时引入到生产项目；
- 负责公司IT项目软件技术方案的评估；
- 负责公司关键IT项目规划和核心项目实施管控。

### Requirements
- 熟练掌握Java、Python、C(C++)、Go等任意一种编程语言或者熟练掌握前端开发相关技能；
- 熟悉主流的开发框架或者具有一定的开发经历或者项目经验；
- 熟悉操作系统、数据库基本原理，并熟练掌握Linux以及主流数据库的基本操作；
- 对云计算、开源技术、大数据等新技术有一定了解；
- 对于IT技术有强烈的兴趣和探索的精神，有较强的学习能力，善于分析思考问题；
- 具有较强的责任心和良好的团队协作精神，有较强的沟通能力。
