## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助售前与解决方案团队，基于大模型/多模态技术，设计AI行业方案并参与客户演示。
- 配合产品经理梳理业务需求，完成AI产品（智能体、知识库、大模型应用）的需求拆解与原型设计，协调研发、算法、UI推进落地。
- 配合交付团队编写项目建议书、需求规格说明书、用户手册等交付文档。
- 负责AI产品效果调优，包括Prompt设计、RAG知识库整理、输出质量评测，持续优化体验。
- 配合项目上线，跟踪用户反馈，推动产品迭代升级。
- 跟踪AI前沿动态与竞品调研，输出简报支持产品创新。

### Requirements

1.2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生； 2.熟练使用Axure、XMind、Office等工具完成原型与文档；掌握Python/SQL更佳。 3.对AI有热情，了解大模型、RAG、Agent、多模态等概念，有大模型应用经验优先。 4.逻辑清晰，沟通良好，具备团队协作与责任心，能耐心面向非技术客户讲解汇报。 5.学习能力强，乐于跟踪前沿技术并融合应用。 6.有AI产品设计、大模型落地实习经验，或独立项目、算法竞赛经历者优先。
