## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责智算中心GPU/NPU集群运维管理、算力资源调度优化及性能调优；参与国产异构算力适配与信创算力平台建设。

### Requirements

1. 具备扎实的机器学习与深度学习理论基础，数据结构与基础算法功底扎实，熟悉 CNN、RNN、Transformer 等主流网络架构，了解 CV、NLP、大模型、多模态等任一方向。 2. 熟练掌握 PyTorch、TensorFlow 等至少一种深度学习框架，精通 Python/C++ 等编程语言，熟悉 Linux 平台及开发环境；具备模型训练、调优、推理部署与算法工程化落地能力。 3.：具备独立分析与解决问题的能力，代码实现能力强，学习能力与自我驱动能力强，能快速跟进新技术；有团队合作精神，执行力强，具备一定的抗压能力。 4. 有学术论文（SCI/CCF 会议）发表、开源项目经历、算法竞赛获奖，或有图像算法、NLP、大模型等项目研发与落地经验者优先。
