## Job description

### AI系统研发
- 负责设计、开发和维护公司内部的人工智能系统，包括机器学习模型、深度学习算法等，以满足特定的业务需求。

### 数据处理与分析
- 收集、整理和分析相关数据，为AI模型的训练和优化提供高质量的数据集。同时，监控数据质量，确保模型的准确性和有效性。

### 模型训练与优化
- 运用先进的机器学习技术和工具，对AI模型进行训练、调优和验证，以提升模型的性能和泛化能力。

### 内部应用集成
- 将开发的人工智能功能集成到公司内部的应用系统中，如客户服务、网络优化、运维管理等，提升业务效率和智能化水平。

### 技术创新与研究
- 关注人工智能领域的最新技术和趋势，持续学习和研究新技术，为公司内部AI应用的创新和发展提供技术支持和解决方案。

### Requirements

1、AI基础：理解人工智能、机器学习、深度学习的基本概念和原理。 3、数据处理与分析：掌握一定的编程和工具使用能力，能够针对大规模数据集，进行数据预处理、数据清洗、数据标注等工作 4、深度学习框架应用：掌握python语言，使用TensorFlow、PyTorch等深度学习框架，快速构建神经网络模型并进行训练。 5、持续学习与行业理解：保持对人工智能领域新技术、新方法的学习热情，了解电信行业特点，了解相关技术在其中的应用场景。
