## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助负责写字楼、商铺等房产的招商对接，学习客户洽谈、房源带看、合同签订等流程；
- 跟进租户日常服务，协助处理入驻、退租、续租等事宜，维护租户关系；
- 学习房产运营数据统计，协助整理出租率、空置率、租金收缴等数据并分析；
- 配合制定房源推广、定价方案，协助开展房源宣传工作，提升房产运营效益。

### Requirements

1.2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生，英语国家四级425分及以上。 2.房地产开发管理、物业管理、城乡规划、风景园林相关专业优先，以及各类数字化相关专业。
