## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 分析评估网络资源、系统负荷、网络性能情况，协助制定及组织实施无线网络优化方案，开展年度无线网络总体规划工作
- 参与无线网络相关产品的网络部署方案及功能测试，协助涉及无线网络的业务支持工作
- 实施无线网络设备的日常维护管理，以及疑难问题及故障处理
- 管控客户申告处理质量，实施客户售前售中售后的网络技术支撑，执行重要客户通信保障相关工作

### 移动互联网相关应用、业务的开发与维护 Requirements
- 1.熟悉网络技术相关知识，熟练运用一种以上开源软件、有软件项目实践经验者优先 2.具有较强的学习和解决问题能力，善于沟通、乐于合作，富有创新精神，敢于承担责任、挑战困难，能承受压力，喜欢动手实践
