## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责现场查勘，绘制设计图纸，编制单点预算，制作设计方案。
- 负责组织制定项目设计方案的评审做好同业主的沟通跟踪设计变更和设计优化进程；
- 负责设计项目的审定；
- 服从公司及部门的指挥调度，完成交予的其它临时任务。

### Requirements
- 具有相关专业理论知识；
- 能熟练使用CAD制图及办公软件；
- 具有较好的文字功底、良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力、具有服务意识；
- 具备较强的学习能力和吃苦耐劳的精神；
- 身体健康、积极上进，能适应经常出差。
