## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 对公司经营决策提出法律意见；参与起草、审核公司重要的规章制度。
- 参加公司的诉讼和仲裁、行政复议、听证、公证、鉴证等非诉讼事务。
- 开展公司自主知识产权的管理和保护，办理有关法律事务。
- 负责公司合同管理；办理公司营业执照和组织机构代码证的登记、年检、变更等事务。
- 对员工开展法制宣传教育；提供法律咨询服务。
- 参与涉及企业权益的重要经济活动，处理有关法律事务。
- 对县分公司法律事务工作进行检查、指导。

### Requirements

1.2027年国内外普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生； 2.精通民法典、公司法、劳动合同法，熟悉招投标法等常用商事法律； 3.熟练独立起草、审核各类商业合同，能独立处理劳动仲裁、简单民商事案件； 4.具备风险预判能力；
