## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责城市交通信息化、智慧治理类项目的解决方案设计（如信控优化、拥堵治理、智慧停车等）；
- 对接政府及企业客户，调研需求，撰写方案书、技术标书等文档，支撑招投标技术答疑，跟踪行业趋势推动方案迭代；
- 具有良好的沟通与协作能力，能协同项目管理工作，能解决处理本专业中一般疑难问题。

### 专业知识
- 掌握交通工程、交通规划、交通控制等基础理论，了解智慧交通系统架构及主流技术方案；

### 工具使用
- 熟练使用各类办公软件（Word、PPT、Excel）、工作相关工具软件优先；

### 方案能力
- 逻辑清晰，具备良好的文档编写和PPT制作能力，能够清晰表达技术观点和解决方案思路；

### 综合素质
- 学习能力、工作责任心、沟通能力和团队协作能力强。
