## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责客户（互联网/信息化/电力）的联系与对接，建立并维护重点企业客户的业务合作关系，拓展优质客户资源。
- 负责重要客户的日常维系工作，定期开展客户走访、需求沟通与满意度回访，及时掌握客户经营动态。
- 负责挖掘客户潜在需求，推动业务合作与商机转化，促进销售业绩持续增长。
- 负责客户关系管理，协调处理客户反馈与诉求，跟踪服务质量，持续提升客户体验与忠诚度。

### 负责收集、分析市场与客户信息，协同制定客户经营策略与营销方案，助力区域市场拓展 Requirements
- 1. 2026、2027 届毕业的国内普通高等院校或境外大学本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生。 2. 熟悉商务沟通与客户对接流程。 3. 具备良好的语言表达与团队协作能力，有学生会、社团组织或大型活动统筹经验者优先。 4. 具备较强的服务意识与抗压能力，能适应客户拜访、出差及外勤等工作安排。
