## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责日常公共区域消防安全巡查，装修施工现场管控；
- 负责配电房、生活水泵房、消防泵房等日常值守点检；监督维保单位按周期维保，留存维保记录；落实机房上锁、防潮、防静电、禁火管理，做好机房出入登记；
- 负责安全台账、资料文书管理；
- 协调业主、施工方、维保单位之间的矛盾；落实物业各项安全考核指标；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。

### Requirements
- 了解消防法规、基础消防安全常识，知晓消防器材使用方法；
- 能够熟练操作各类办公软件；
- 具备较强的文字表达能力，思路清晰，逻辑思维能力突出；
- 拥有良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神；
- 持有相关资格上岗证者优先。
