## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责移动通信网络维护和优化，提升无线网络品质，完成应急保障；
- 负责移动通信基站规划与建设，提出站点扩容补盲需求，完成资源规划与站点开通；
- 负责协同推进网络基础设施共建共享、共维共优，形成闭环、高效和开放的联合运营机制；
- 负责移动无线网络智慧运营、数字化转型等相关工作。

### Requirements
- 具备较强的学习能力，能够通过学习快速掌握新技术和新业务，能适应挑战性工作；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力，具备积极的工作态度和良好的团队精神；
- 熟悉电子信息、无线通信等相关专业基础知识。
