## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责智慧城市整体顶层规划，结合5G/6G通信网络、物联网、人工智能、大数据等核心技术，主导技术架构设计与实施方案落地。
- 洞察行业数智化转型痛点，对接政府客户、合作厂商及项目团队，开展需求调研、需求拆解与技术对接工作，构建并输出AI+通信、政务、交通、双碳等行业应用场景标准化解决方案。
- 跟踪行业前沿技术及行业政策，持续研究AI、新一代通信技术在智慧城市领域的创新应用，沉淀项目案例、技术方法论，参与公司智慧城市产品体系、技术标准的搭建与优化。

### Requirements

硕士及以上学历，通信工程、电子信息、人工智能、计算机类等相关专业优先，具备扎实的通信网络、电子信息、人工智能算法等专业理论基础。

### 具备以下综合素质者优先
- 优秀的团队协作精神与主人翁意识，能在压力环境下保持高效输出；
- 出色的跨部门沟通协调能力，善于整合资源推动项目进展；
- 能适应短期出差，具备吃苦耐劳的韧性和解决复杂问题的决心；
- 对新技术保持敏锐嗅觉，具备持续学习与自我驱动的成长型思维。
