## Job description

### Responsibilities

依据法律法规、工程建设标准及合同，协助总监对施工质量、进度、造价、安全等进行全过程监督管理，在总监领导下负责本专业具体实施，编制监理实施细则，审查本专业报审文件，验收检验批与分项工程，进行工程计量等。

### Requirements
- 有良好的行为品德，为人诚恳，工作踏实。
- 能熟练操作办公软件；
- 具有较强的专业技术能力；
- 具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
