## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 建立健全公司财务管理体系及财务规章制度，贯彻执行各项财务会计制度，并根据实际工作的情况提出修改意见及建议；
- 负责新会计政策的执行承接及相关核算规则.制度修订意见的整理及财务政策宣传解释
- 负责填制日常管理会计报表，每月关注收入成本分摊数据及资产使用效益情况，向公司管理层提供有参考价值的分析报告；
- 负责公司内部财务流程与经营业务流程之间的衔接融合，分析并改进现有流程中的不足；
- 牵头财务核算和财务管理制度.方法的承接.创新和优化；
- 牵头划小经营核算单位工作，承接省公司的各项工作安排和市公司各项工作的推进和优化。
- 对外承接前后端业务部门有关财务问题的咨询。

### Requirements

1.2027年国内外普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生； 2.财务、会计、税收等相关专业；了解通信行业发展，掌握通信相关知识，熟悉使用自动化办公软件； 3.具备良好的主动精神和团队协作精神；具备良好的学习能力、分析能力、创新意识； 4.身体健康，具备良好的沟通能力、勤奋、踏实。
