## Job description

### 需求调研与分析
- 对接内外部客户（如业务部门、政府机关、企业客户），通过访谈、问卷等方式深入调研痛点与能力短板，评估培训需求。

### 培训方案设计
- 根据需求独立撰写培训项目执行方案，涵盖课程大纲、教学形式、行程规划及预算报价等。针对不同学员群体（如中高层、新员工）设计差异化教学路径。

### 课程体系研发
- 负责特定板块（如领导力、通用力、专业技能）的课程体系规划与迭代，保证内容的前沿性和实用性。

### 承担经营指标（部分商业化培训机构）
- 对培训板块的营收、招生、续报等经营结果负责，制定并执行预算，控制项目成本。

### Requirements
- 本科及以上学历；
- 人力资源管理/教育学等相关专业
- 有较好的沟通、表达能力。
