## Job description

### Responsibilities

（一）以营销部门/划小团队为服务对象，协助完成项目设计落单，提供客户分析、项目操作、资源组织、风险防控、里程碑事件、关键点剖析等咨询工作；提供行业剖析、方案整合（包装）、客户交流、需求引导、项目建议、可研（初设）、深化设计等过程的咨询或支撑工作。 （二）以公司核定的新领域或行业为对象，对新领域或行业进行剖析，梳理并掌握业务场景及逻辑，快速搭建优品行业解决方案，对新领域或行业进行业务切入；通过新领域或行业的客户渗透，为公司提供项目运作支撑；根据项目开展情况，按需提供项目过程的咨询或支撑。 （三）以行业洞察为牵引，融合行业生态，围绕公司自有产品及能力，通过行业解决方案包装，提供差异化能力（产品、方案或思路）；行业项目需求引导，项目植入；各营销部门/划小团队人员的行业解决方案能力提升。 （四）以行业和客户视角审视GTM材料，完善并进行深度包装。包括材料的编制（指导）、审核、修订、研习或打磨，GTM材料组织及管理。 （五）负责制定投标文件编制细则，包含投标文件应答要点（商务、技术）、标书盖章及封装等内容。

依据公司实际投标文件质量、互审情况，每年定期更新细则。 （六）负责公司技术类（咨询设计）人才认证工作组所属工作。修订完善人才认证管理制度及认证标准模型，组织开展专业人才队伍的评定和复审工作。 （七）负责新一代信息基础设施、系统集成等方向的设计队伍体系建设，包含售前/设计人员专业技术能力提升、综合素质培养，打造与业务发展相匹配的专业人才队伍。 （八）公司交办的其他重点工作。

### Requirements
- 熟练使用计算机办公软件，能够用AI大模型处理方案。
- 沟通表达能力强。
- 具备较强的学习能力，分析、判断和概括能力和逻辑思维能力。
- 能够适应经常出差。
