## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责通信机房、数据中心动力环境系统（高低压供配电、UPS不间断电源、蓄电池组、柴油发电机、精密空调、动环监控系统等）的日常巡检、运行维护和质量分析，保障动环系统稳定运行，实现动环影响业务零故障核心目标；
- 负责动环系统故障的7*24小时响应与应急处置，严格执行故障处理流程，确保故障处理及时率100%，快速定位并解决市电中断、设备宕机、环境异常、漏水等各类突发问题，最大限度保障业务连续性；
- 负责动环系统安全隐患排查与整改落地，建立隐患台账并闭环管理，确保BC类隐患整改完成率100%；定期开展安全巡检、应急演练，完善应急预案，持续提升系统安全保障能力；
- 负责机房节能减排相关工作，牵头推进机房AI节能改造项目，确保改造完成率100%；落实PUE管控、降本增效相关要求，践行绿色低碳运营，持续优化机房能耗指标；
- 承担海港机房7*24小时值班值守工作，严格执行值班制度与机房安全管理规范，做好设备运行记录、台账管理，落实机房出入、消防安全等各项管理要求；
- 负责动环设备的技术档案、维护文档的编制、更新与归档，配合完成设备扩容、改造、验收等相关工作，严格落实行业技术规范与公司管理制度。

### Requirements
- 专业知识 熟悉高低压供配电系统、UPS不间断电源、蓄电池组、柴油发电机、精密空调等动环核心设备的工作原理与运维规范 掌握动环监控系统架构及运行机制，具备系统巡检、故障诊断与应急处置能力 了解数据中心PUE能耗评价体系及绿色低碳运营相关政策要求 熟悉通信机房、数据中心安全管理规范及消防基础知识
- 技能要求 具备动环设备日常维护、故障定位及应急抢修的实操能力 能独立编制技术文档、维护手册、隐患台账及应急预案 具备节能改造项目推进及能耗数据分析能力
- 综合素质 责任心强，能适应突发故障应急响应 具备较强的安全意识和风险预判能力 沟通协调能力良好，能配合设备扩容改造及跨部门协作
- 证书要求 持有低压电工证、高压电工证等特种作业操作证者优先 持有数据中心运维相关认证（如CDCP、CDCE等）者优先
- 其他 身体健康，能胜任机房值班及现场作业
