## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 设计并实现高效的量子编译优化算法，有效降低量子线路深度与资源消耗；
- 将前沿的量子编译理论转化为工程代码，并集成至公司的高性能量子编程工具链中；
- 负责量子线路静态与动态编译技术的研究，提升底层硬件指令的执行效率；
- 跟踪量子编译与硬件适配的学术前沿，推动新型编译算法的落地应用与技术储备。

### Requirements
- 博士研究生学历，并取得相应学位，计算机、量子物理及相关专业优先；
- 在量子编译优化、动态/静态编译架构或相关算法领域有深入研究，并有高质量的学术成果发表；
- 具备优秀的算法实现与工程动手能力，能熟将复杂的编译理论转化为高效的工具链代码；
- 具备解决开放性学术与工程难题的探索精神，若在主流开源量子计算基础设施项目中有过实际代码贡献则作为极佳加分项；
- 诚实守信、作风踏实严谨、责任心强，具备良好团队协作能力精神，学习能力强，善于解决复杂问题。
