## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 与客户进行深入沟通，收集并分析用户需求，理解业务场景和流程。
- 编写详细的需求文档，包括但不限于需求规格说明书、用户故事、用例图等。
- 参与需求分析评审会议，与团队成员共同讨论并确认需求细节。
- 跟踪项目开发过程，确保需求得到准确实现，及时解决需求变更问题。
- 协助进行用户验收测试，确保产品功能符合用户需求。

### Requirements
- 计算机科学、软件或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 具备1年以上需求分析师或相关工作经验，有成功案例者优先考虑。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和逻辑思维能力，能够准确理解并传达客户需求。
- 熟悉需求管理工具，如Axure、禅道等，能够熟练使用相关工具进行需求分析。
- 了解软件开发生命周期和敏捷开发方法，具备团队协作精神。
- 工作责任心强，能够承受一定的工作压力，注重细节，追求卓越。
