## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责天翼云云数据库内核研发，适配MySQL、PostgreSQL生态及分布式数据库架构，参与需求分析、方案设计、编码开发与技术支持；
- 承担Linux系统、内核与虚拟化、云桌面相关研发优化工作，负责功能迭代、问题定位及前沿技术预研落地；
- 开展分布式存储系统研发与性能调优，落地RDMA、SPDK等前沿技术，解决业务存储性能痛点；
- 负责大模型基础设施与推理系统优化，完成算子调优、推理引擎定制开发，持续提升AI推理性能与资源利用率。

### Requirements
- 硕士研究生及以上学历应届毕业生，计算机、数学、自动化、电子信息、通信等计算机相关理工科专业；
- 熟练掌握C/C++语言，熟悉STL、多线程、内存模型、性能调优，熟悉一种脚本语言(Shell/Python等)；
- 熟悉Linux系统编程，理解操作系统、计算机网络与存储基本原理；

### 具备以下任一方向的研究或项目经验者优先
- ① 数据库内核（MySQL/PG/分布式数据库）；② Linux内核/虚拟化/KVM；③ 分布式存储/RDMA/SPDK；④ AI推理引擎/算子优化/CUDA；
- 做事严谨踏实，责任心强，条理清楚，善于学习总结，有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力；
- 身心健康。
